Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Both give you the same features. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of 2 months — you pay for 10 months and get 12. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your billing settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.

How do I create an account?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains safe and accessible. If you cancel, you'll revert to the Community tier and can continue using basic features. Your tips, evidence submissions, and discussions are never deleted.
Are Founding Member spots really limited to 100?
Yes, we're limiting Founding Member access to the first 100 people only. Once all 100 spots are claimed, the Founding Member tier will no longer be available. This creates a permanent, exclusive status for early supporters.
