CIRCUMSTANCES Thanh Van Nguyen was last seen onboard a 6.6m runabout vessel with 2 friends to go fishing. After fishing between Cape Banks and Little Bay, the vessel was hit by a rogue wave in the vicinity of Cruwee Cove and was capsized. Thanh was seen to try and make his way to shore however he was not wearing a life jacket and became overwhelmed by further waves and was not seen to resurface.Thanh has not been seen since this time and there are grave concerns for his welfare.Anyone with further information who can assist is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
