CIRCUMSTANCES Andrew Bourke was last seen on 30 July 2011.Andrew was drinking with a witness at the camping area off the Tumut River when he has allegedly driven his vehicle into the river with the witness. The witness got out of the vehicle and went for help. The vehicle was recovered however Andrew was not in the vehicle.
